Training will be suited to you and may take the form of cardiovascular, resistance or core strengthening exercise. ‘Padboxing’ is offered to those wanting to learn a fun, new and challenging skill and nutritional advice is also available.

Matt Uren Personal Training
After a couple of years working as a fitness instrutor at Sweat and Stretch, Matt decided to further his knowledge in fitness and complete a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. Training with Matt may be just what you need to improve your motivation and education, giving you the best possible training to achieve the best results.
