Most of our classes are held in the main exercise studio on the club’s upper floor and many of these are complimentary for gym members, though you may attend as a non-member. Choose from Pilates, Fitness Yoga, High Energy Conditioning, Pump, Pole Dancing and many more. Also, Spinning® classes are held in the dedicated Spinning® Studio adjacent to the main gym. A regularly updated class schedule is available at club reception and keep an eye out for one-off, specially themed classes.

Our classes are suitable for every age and ability, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced participant. Many members find that the classes can add variety to their fitness regime, although they also provide a firm foundation for more casual gym users and non-members. Regular participants enjoy the experience of group exercise and are highly motivated by our enthusiastic, caring instructors.
